Since the beginning of our business, we have expanded our activities in many fields such as mining, real estate, and trade. Increase Asset Management LLC was established to provide management services to these related companies to solve investment and financing issues necessary for joint and independent project implementation, provide integrated management, monitor project performance, and improve efficiency.

The foundation of the company was laid when TH Mining LLC was established in 2015 to operate in the mining sector, which is a leading sector of the Mongolian economy. The company was established to provide mining operator services and today has expanded into a specialized operator company with a capacity to move 500,000 blocks of rock per month, while also providing mining consulting and mining equipment sales and rental services.

Based on our experience in the mining industry, in 2016, BT TRADE LLC was established to provide mining product transportation and logistics services, expanding our scope of work in the mining industry. The company is engaged in the transportation of coal for export from Mongolia to China and is constantly increasing its transportation capacity and machinery.

As a result of operating successfully and efficiently in mining sector in a short time, we decided to invest in real estate and construction, one of the main sectors of the economy and established STRESS SAVERS LLC. The company is currently implementing its third real estate project.

The related companies employ more than 500 employees in total, and programs are regularly implemented to ensure the social issues, health, and occupational safety of employees.

In the future, we aim to increase our investments and expand our activities in key sectors with high economic returns, such as mining and real estate.
