Founded in 2018 in the field of building repair and construction materials trading. Subsequently, the company expanded its activities and began implementing construction and housing projects in collaboration with Mongolian Oil Consulting LLC. The government is implementing measures to develop local areas within the framework of the regional development policy, and is providing support by including preferential loans for purchasing housing in the local area. In line with these policies and measures, the Company is implementing a housing construction project in the local area, and the 84-family Blue pearl garden project in Muron city, Khuvsgul aimag was launched in April 2022 and completed and put into operation in May 2023.

Currently, the Blue pearl garden-2 project is being implemented within the framework of the second phase of the project, and the project is in the final stage of implementation. An agreement has been signed with the local government to implement the New River project from 2025 and preparatory work has begun.
